L293D Motor Driver Module Board L293D for Uno R3;

The L293D is an integrated high voltage, high current and 4-channel driver. In fact, we can basically use the following expression; Using this integrated chip we can drive DC motors up to 12 Volts as well as power supplies. It can provide a maximum current of 600 mA per channel for some large motors, This L293D board is also referred to as H type. The H bridge is expressed as an electrical circuit that allows a voltage to be applied in both directions to only one output across an incoming load. For example; It can drive 4 DC motors or 2 stepper motors or 2 Servos connected to the Arduino’s timer. Up to 4 bi-directional DC motors as individual 8-bit speed selection in black. Up to 2 stepper motors (can be unipolar or bipolar) with single coil, double coil or intermittent stepping.

4 H – Bridge; Provides 0.6A (1.2A peak current) with thermal protection per bridge, can run motors at 4.5V to 12V DC. Pull-down resistors disable motors at start-up. Restart button is present.

2 external terminal power interfaces for separate logic / motor supplies. Tested as compatible for Arduino Uno/Nano, Arduino Mega, Diecimila and Duemilanove.

Card sizes; 6.8 cm x 5.5 cm x 2 cm – 2.68 inches x 2.17 inches x 0.79 inches.
